These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and Q9Play ("we," "us," or "the Platform"). By accessing q9play.net, registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion, you accept these Terms unconditionally.

Q9Play operates as an online gaming and entertainment platform serving players located in the Philippines. All services, promotions, and communications are conducted in Philippine English and are tailored specifically for the Philippine market.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page regularly.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document or communication, these Terms shall prevail unless otherwise stated in writing by Q9Play.

To register and use Q9Play, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Q9Play enforces a strict 21+ policy with no exceptions.
• You are a resident of or physically located within the Philippines at the time of play.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any person employed by Q9Play or any of its affiliated entities.
• You are not prohibited from participating in online gaming under any applicable Philippine law or personal court order.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

Q9Play may request documentary proof of age, identity, and residence at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in temporary restriction or permanent closure of your account.

Registering or attempting to register while ineligible is a breach of these Terms. Any winnings accumulated during a period of ineligibility may be forfeited.

Each player may hold only one active Q9Play account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, contact details, device, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number or email address, and any other details requested during the registration process.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. Q9Play will never ask for your password via chat, email, or phone.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact our support team immediately. Q9Play is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to secure your account.

Account ownership is non-transferable. You may not sell, gift, or otherwise transfer your Q9Play account to another person.

Q9Play accepts deposits through the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya, and major Philippine bank transfers. All deposits must be made in Philippine Peso (₱). We do not accept deposits made in foreign currencies or through payment methods not listed on the Deposit page.

Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding source belongs to someone other than the account holder — are not permitted and may result in account restriction.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the Deposit page and may vary by payment method. These limits are subject to change without prior notice.

Q9Play does not charge processing fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider (e.g. GCash or your bank) may apply their own transaction fees, for which Q9Play bears no responsibility.

Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly or within a few minutes. If a deposit does not appear after 15 minutes, please contact our support team with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawal requests must be directed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where technically possible. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) control and is non-negotiable.

Before your first withdrawal, Q9Play may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This typically involves submitting a valid government-issued Philippine ID (such as a PhilSys card, driver's licence, or passport) and a recent proof of address.

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts, as well as estimated processing times, are detailed on the Withdrawal page. Most withdrawals to GCash and Maya are processed within minutes during business hours, though some requests may take longer depending on the verification status of your account.

Q9Play reserves the right to delay or suspend a withdrawal while an investigation into the account is ongoing. Where a withdrawal is declined due to a policy violation, you will be notified by our support team.

Any applicable taxes or duties on winnings are the sole responsibility of the player, in accordance with applicable Philippine tax law.

Q9Play offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to their own specific terms, which are published on the Promotions page. These Terms should be read alongside any applicable promotion-specific rules.

Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds must meet a wagering requirement before they can be converted into withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and expiry dates vary by promotion.

• Bonuses are credited to your account in Philippine Peso (₱).
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, household, device, or IP address.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the standard wagering process.
• Q9Play reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at its discretion if there is evidence of abuse or if the promotion was offered in error.
• Players found to be creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly will have all associated accounts permanently closed and any accumulated bonus funds forfeited.

All games available on Q9Play — including live casino tables, slots, fish shooting games, and esports betting markets — are governed by the individual rules of each game or market in addition to these Terms.

In the event of a discrepancy between a displayed result and the game server record, the server record shall be considered definitive. Q9Play's decision on any disputed game outcome is final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process described on our FAQ page.

Bets placed and confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled unless the platform specifically permits this for a given market (e.g., certain esports pre-match markets with early cash-out features).

Q9Play is not responsible for bets or game outcomes affected by a player's internet connectivity issues. If a session is interrupted due to the player's connection, the game will be resolved based on the state recorded by our servers at the time of disconnection.

The following activities are strictly forbidden on Q9Play and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes, particularly in live poker or multiplayer titles.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploits will be voided.
• Using the platform to launder money or conduct any transaction that violates Philippine anti-money laundering laws.
• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals after funds have been used for wagering.

Q9Play cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement and regulatory bodies. Any activity suspected of violating local law will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

Q9Play collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your data as described in that policy.

Your personal information is used solely for account management, transaction processing, identity verification, fraud prevention, and communication about your account and relevant promotions. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Q9Play uses industry-standard SSL encryption and secure data storage practices to protect your information. However, no online system is completely immune to security risks, and we encourage all players to use strong, unique passwords.

Q9Play is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. We provide the following tools to help you stay in control:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account.
• Session Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for an extended period.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the platform if you feel your gaming habits are becoming problematic.

Q9Play reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding 12 months (inactive accounts may be subject to an administrative fee after notice is given).
• At the request of the account holder via a voluntary self-exclusion application.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms violation, any remaining bonus balance will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to the player via their verified withdrawal method after deducting any amounts owed to Q9Play, unless the closure is related to fraud or money laundering, in which case funds may be held pending investigation.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may contact our support team at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, Q9Play shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical faults beyond our reasonable control.

Q9Play does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may occur, during which some or all services may be temporarily unavailable. We will make reasonable efforts to notify players of planned downtime in advance.

Participation in any game or betting market on Q9Play involves financial risk. You are solely responsible for your wagering decisions. Q9Play does not guarantee any particular outcome or profit from any game, bet, or promotional activity.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit Q9Play's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

Q9Play may revise these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered players via their registered email address or an on-platform notification.

Your continued use of Q9Play after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version. If you disagree with any revised terms, you should stop using the platform and contact our support team to close your account.

The version of the Terms in effect at the time a dispute arises shall govern that dispute, unless superseded by a newer version that both parties have agreed to apply.
